GROUP SOUND JOURNEYS
Immersive group sound journeys are designed to promote deep relaxation.
This is not a guided meditation. Once the sound journey begins, there is no speaking.
The journey can be experienced on a zero-gravity chair or on a yoga mat, depending on availability. Both options include pillows and a cozy blanket to provide total support and comfort.

Individual sound therapy with Tibetan bowls
Personalized session on a table or on the floor of your choice using Tibetan bowls, arranged around the body and placed on it at certain times, to promote a moment of deep relaxation.

25-minute chair massage, followed by a 30-minute personalized sound therapy session with a short transition between the two. An individual experience combining touch, sound, and vibration to promote relaxation and release.

Group sound journeys, individual treatments, and massage & sound treatment duo
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
No refunds are possible.
In the event that you cannot attend the reserved time slot, you may :
- transfer your booking to someone else
OR
- reschedule your booking to a later date (only 1 rescheduling possible)
no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your sound journey.

Private group sound journeys and on-site sessions
CONTRAINDICATIONS
For the individual sound therapy session with Tibetan bowls only, bowls are placed on the body at certain times.
We invite individuals with any of the following conditions to inform us before their session and to consult a healthcare professional when necessary :
- Implanted medical devices: pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant, or other medical device.
- Metal implants: plates, screws, prostheses, or other implants located in areas where the bowls might be placed.
- Specific medical conditions: epilepsy, significant heart conditions, phlebitis, thrombosis, or significant circulatory disorders.
- Recent injuries and procedures: fractures, surgeries, inflammation, significant pain, or skin lesions.
- Pregnancy: special precautions and adaptations are necessary.
- Auditory sensitivity: tinnitus, hyperacusis, or significant sensitivity to sound.
For treatments involving direct contact with the body, the positioning of the bowls will be adapted to the needs and specificities of each person. Certain areas may be avoided, or non-contact sound therapy may be preferred.
Each participant is invited to report any discomfort during the session. Somaé Harmonie reserves the right to adapt, postpone, or refuse a treatment when safety conditions are not met.
